| How can I pay? |
| We accept all major credit and debit cards apart from American Express. |

| How secure is my payment? |
| We use Barclays Bank as our payment partner and have secure links with them. All links between your PC and our website are also secure. |

| Once registered, will my details be used by any other company? |
| We do not share your details with any other company and carry out all of our services in house. |
| |
| How do I check my order status? |
| You can check the status of your order through your events management book and in addition you will be emailed every time that we dispatch your order. |

| Is V.A.T included in the cost of the cards and gifts? |
| Yes, V.A.T is already included in the cost of the cards and gifts. |

| Will you handwrite a message in my card for me? |
| Yes, unlike some companies The Card and Gift Company handwrite each message in your greetings card ensuring that the recipient believes that the card was sent directly by you. |

| Will you send my card direct to the recipient? |
| Yes, if that is what you want. If you add a new address, or use a contact from your address book, then we will send direct to that person. |

| Can I buy blank cards and have them sent back to me? |
| Yes, you can purchase blank cards and have them sent back to you for you to add your own message. We will also include an extra envelope so you can either post the card on or hand deliver it. |

| When will my card be posted? |
| All cards posted on your behalf to an end recipient are sent using a First Class Stamp so that it looks as though you sent it |

| When will my card be delivered? |
| The Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of all First Class Mail the next working day. However, to avoid any disappointment, please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive on time. |

| When will my gift be delivered? |
| When you purchase a gift you are required to select a delivery date. We advise on all gifts that you allow at least 2 – 3 working days for the delivery to be made. All of our gifts require a signature on delivery. |

| Can I send my gifts overseas? |
| We currently only deliver gifts in the U.K. |

| Are reminders free? |

Yes, all of our reminders are free of charge. |
